Congratulations to the Alex Mcleod lead Tornadoes for their hard fought championship victory.
They pushed the Blizzard to a third and final game and waked away victorious.

But Now to the fun part.
I know everyone will have their own opinions on this but here we go

LEADING SCORER
Gord Caines
Scoring 39 points in 10 games is a great accomplishment.

TOP DEFENCEMAN
Alex Mcleod
Not only did he put up 17 points, he did so as he lead his defensive core to only 53 goals against

TOP GOALIE
Martin Kane
Led all goalies in GAA, GA, SV% and wins and was second to only Tom Winn in Saves

LADY BING
Kyle Bayers
Kyle had a great season accumulating 33 points with not one penalty.

LEADING ROOKIE
Matt Strum
Matt started off slow but quickly got up to speed and finished with a great season and a championship trophy.

PLAYOFF MVP
Scott Cross, led all Forwards in points. Played a great Playoff, although his team lost in the final he is someone that always needs to be watched or he can score in bunches, and for him to get 16 over the playoffs is a big accomplishment
TEAM MVP'S

Thunder
Kyle Bayers, Great season Point wise and someone that will most likely jump up a few spots at the draft table
Blizzard
Sean Fitzgerald, a great contributor on and off the floor. Keeps his team mates accountable as he leads by example.
Tornados
Gil Mombourquette, Lead his team in goals and assists and always leading his team to deep runs in the playoffs.
Hurricanes
Gord Caines/Paul Highmore, Gord lead all forwards in goals and points. Paul came back from a surgery that most players would have taken the season off but came back and after his team had a tough start to the season stepped up and led his team to some great games coming down the stretch
Lightning
Kenny White, led his team in goals and assists and for a team that had its issues scoring goals, he always stepped up and scored big goals when his team needed a spark
Cyclones
Woody Gouthro, Led his team in goals as a defenseman, but also controlled the play from his own end probably better than anyone in the league.

There are a few honorable mentions that should be on here too.

Dwayne Blanchard, for scoring 36 points. So consistent at putting up large season totals

Mike DeGrace, had a great season numbers wise but couldn't find wins.

Adam Fancy, Put up some respectable numbers and is really starting to play a two way game.

Matt Monk, Doesn't put up top scoring numbers but may be the hardest working defenseman in the league. always 110%
